For the new villa in Cadzand, building work has started. This week the first 25 meter long poles have been driven into the ground. For the Tolhuis, the building next door, renovation and extension has started.The new villa and the additional loft and guest facilities will be made with a wooden structure of Iroko in an open plan design with one big stone wall separating several spaces. The various buildings will be ready next summer.
